Welcome to New Face Foundation. We are a not-for-profit organization, working to serve the community of Cap-Haitien, Haiti. Our current campaign is "Back-to-School Initiative 2010" benefiting students in Cap-Haitien, Haiti.

The economic situation in Cap-Haitien, Haiti is difficult for so many families currently living in poverty. Unfortunately, the earthquake of January 12, 2010 made the situation dire. The start of a new school year in the Fall is an annual challenge faced by parents. Education remains one of the essential tools for a career and success in the country. We understand the value of education and we want to support the disadvantaged children. Donate now to support education.

Our goal is to provide assistance to those parents who are doing all they can to give their children an education. As a start, we commit to provide the school supplies required and basic hygiene products. We will include uniforms and books in our sponsorship if funds allow it for this year. Donate now to enroll a child in school for the year.

Our first school will the evening school currently supported by Soeurs St. Joseph de Cluny (Institution St. Francois de Xavier). They have been doing this for many many years as a service to the community. They had to admit a higher number of students coming from Port-au-Prince after the earthquake. Donate now to help this instution who has been doing so much for the community over the years.

We want to step in and lend a hand in their rebuilding efforts. We want to provide school supplies and basic necessities to the children who receive free tuition and a free daily meal.

We want to provide the following for each student:

• School supplies: backpack, pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, rulers, coloring pencils and other required school supplies by the school
• Hygiene products: soaps, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, mouthwash and a guide to daily hygiene
• In addition, we want to contribute to the daily hot meal provided to the students.
